Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle (requirements, development, testing, deployment).
• Experience with UI design and relational databases concepts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical solutions.
• Proven collaboration with software developers, project managers, and customer stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, deploy, and sustain government business applications.
• Translate customer and functional requirements into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, architects, developers, and stakeholders on designs.
• Design intuitive UIs, dashboards, workflows, and data visualizations for operations and management decisions.
• Develop and maintain data models, services, and application components.
• Integrate applications with databases, external systems, APIs, and data sources.
• Apply best practices for scalable, secure solutions and perform code reviews and testing.
• Support user training, deployment, and sustainment, and communicate status to stakeholders.
