Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering software across the full software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related field.
• Experience translating customer needs into technical requirements and solutions.
• Experience with business process analysis, modeling, and data design.
• Ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with developers.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to report project status, risks, dependencies, and changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical execution of customer application development projects from requirements through deployment and sustainment.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and prioritize requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and data models.
• Develop architectures that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Guide development teams through design, testing, deployment, and sustainment.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and promote best practices.
• Communicate status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Design intuitive UIs and dashboards for executives and managers.
• Support improvements to business processes and data utilization.
