Job summary

Allied Solutions, LLC is seeking a Sr. Application Analyst to coordinate releases, support users, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives defined by Application Management leadership. You will collaborate with internal and external users to meet client goals using technology.

Key duties include system administration, security and data integrity, release support, and ongoing training and analytics dashboard work to promote adoption and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–4 years of relevant work experience required.
• Aptitude to learn and navigate multiple system applications.
• Project-management skills and client-facing presentation abilities.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• System and Client Administration with user support and training.
• User security and data integrity management and guidance.
• Application release support, task tracking, and testing plans.
• Ongoing technical support and training for internal and external users.
