Job summary

The Administrative Office of the Courts in Olympia, WA is seeking a Senior Application Administrator to lead the technical administration of the new CLJ-CMS application. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or closely allied field, AND eight years in a complex IT environment.
• Five years as an administrator on an enterprise-level, complex application.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, operation, maintenance, security, integrations, workflows, reports for key applications.
• Upgrade applications and ensure compatibility with existing software.
• Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities and coordinate with vendors on issues and support.
• Coordinate with infrastructure for hardware specifications and capacity planning.
• Provide senior-level consulting and troubleshooting for Tier 2/3 requests.
