Role: Senior Application Administrator (SR-5227834)

Location: Primary remote with frequent onsite visits

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

1. Provide technical support to the organization, serving as a FileNet Architect.
2. Manage application development related to IBM FileNet, Workflow Toolsets, and Content Navigator.
3. Prioritize and resolve immediate technical issues and work toward longer-term project goals.
4. Manage technical tasks using industry-standard DevOps tools and dashboards; provide updates, status, and completion information to Project Managers and stakeholders.
5. Analyze highly complex programs, review and approve architecture for FileNet widget-based or custom application development.
6. Handle program logic, testing, debugging, and documentation.
7. Analyze problems and recommend solutions.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

1. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management application development.
2. Experience with integrating custom widgets and business rules.
3. 3+ years of experience with large-scale content migration.
4. 3+ years of experience with Db2 and/or Microsoft SQL Server.
5. 3+ years of experience in data extraction, transformation, migration, and load processes.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:

• Broad understanding of FileNet P8 Platform Core Components and Base Products like IBM Content Manager, IBM FileNet P8 platform, IBM Case Manager, IBM Content Navigator, IBM Enterprise Records, Plugin development.
• Proficient with integration services/web services and a solid understanding of the FileNet P8 architecture and APIs.
• Experience customizing IBM Content Navigator and IBM Case Manager, including search, filters, and plugins.
• Knowledge of high-level FileNet P8 architecture components such as Websphere (WAS), Content Platform Engine, IBM Enterprise Records, Content Search Services, and Case Analyzer.
• Experience with Kofax Capture or IBM DataCap.
• Knowledge of workflow system concepts, in-baskets, and roles.
• Knowledge of Object Stores, Taxonomy, Documents, Properties, Choice Lists, Subscriptions, Security.
• Knowledge of json, dojo, java, EDS, Plugins, widgets.
• Proficient with SQL Server/SQL Queries.
• Experience configuring an HTML5-based image viewer.
• Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, TFS, and Jira for tracking stories, tasks, defects, feature requests, and code.
