Overview

This position requires complex technical knowledge of MuleSoft 4.0, with a strong understanding of MuleSoft development concepts. Candidates should have experience with API management, creating end-to-end integration deliverables, technical specifications, and recommending high-quality solutions for Mule ESB platforms. The role involves analyzing, coding, testing, and implementing solutions following the SDLC, supporting production systems, and possibly overseeing less experienced analysts or participating in special projects.

Responsibilities

1. System Enhancement: Improve systems, processes, and applications using MuleSoft platform, including constructing APIs and designing test methods.
2. Analysis: Gather data, assess scope and impact, and troubleshoot Mule ESB issues.
3. Business Support: Provide technical support for production systems, document specifications, and work within Agile methodologies.
4. Technical Expertise: Design and develop MuleSoft APIs, deploy to cloud, and work with various components like Anypoint Studio, Connectors, and API management.
5. On-call Support: Provide 24/7 support via rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree + 4 years or High School + 8 years in Application Engineering.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Computer Science.
• Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, RAML, Dataweave, CloudHub, and On-Prem deployments.
• MuleSoft certification preferred.
• Experience with API security, Salesforce integration, SQL databases, Azure DevOps, API testing tools, and Agile development.
