Job summary

Leidos in Washington, DC is seeking an Apple Support Engineer to provide advanced desk-side support for SEC personnel using Apple hardware, macOS, and iOS devices. This role handles Tier 2/3 incidents and ensures productivity.

You will interface with senior government staff, maintain records in the IT service management system, and contribute to continuous improvement of end-user support, incident management, and onboarding activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Citizenship/work authorization per contract.
• Clearance: SEC Public Trust (or higher).
• 10+ years of endpoint engineering/enterprise Apple management.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side support for Apple hardware and macOS/iOS devices.
• Troubleshoot advanced Apple and iOS issues including hardware, OS, and apps.
• Manage incidents and service requests in the SEC ITSM system to closure.
• Interface with senior government personnel and provide professional support.
• Contribute to SOP updates and service delivery improvements.
