Horizon Industries is seeking a Senior Appian Associate for a remote, full-time role supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). You will lead design and delivery of Appian solutions, drive agile software delivery, and mentor junior developers in a collaborative team environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years leading Appian projects, strong database and integration experience, and a background in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading software development teams implementing Appian.
• Experience in database and system integration.
• 4-6 years working on software development engagements (Appian preferred).
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Advanced database knowledge – stored procedures, triggers, functions, explain plan.

Responsibilities

• Scope and design Appian solutions meeting client needs.
• Lead scrum teams to deliver on-time solutions following an Agile methodology.
• Mentor and develop Junior Appian Developers and maintain technical knowledge.
