Job summary

Horizon Industries is seeking a Lead Appian Associate to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) on a remote basis in the United States. The role involves planning, leading, and mentoring Appian development teams on complex projects and coordinating with clients, owners, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5 to 8 years in software development with Appian, experience in Agile environments, database and systems integration, and a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.

Qualifications

2 to 4 years leading Appian software development teams.
Have previous experience with database and system integration.
5 to 8 years working on software development engagements (Appian preferred)
Possess experience in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

Work closely with clients, product owners, and stakeholders to design and implement software solutions that meet business needs.
Plan, lead, and manage resources on complex Appian software development projects.
Mentor and develop junior and mid-level Appian developers and maintain technical knowledge.
