Horizon Industries is seeking a Senior Appian Associate for a remote full-time role supporting DISA. You will work with senior leaders to scope and design Appian solutions and lead scrum teams to deliver on-time solutions.

The position emphasizes mentoring of junior developers, strong database and integration skills, and experience in an Agile environment. A Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading software development teams implementing Appian.
• 4-6 years working on software development engagements (Appian preferred).
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Database knowledge: advanced SQL, stored procedures, and data modeling.

• Scope and design Appian solutions with senior leaders to meet client needs.
