Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years leading Appian software development teams.
• Have previous experience with database and system integration.
• 5 to 8 years working on software development engagements (Appian preferred).
• Possess experience in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients, product owners, and stakeholders to design and implement software solutions that meet business needs.
• Plan, lead, and manage resources on complex Appian software development projects.
• Mentor and develop Junior and Mid-Level Appian Developers and maintain technical knowledge.
