Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Appian development.
• Experience with business/systems analysis best practices and methodologies.
• Experience with configuration, training, and user acceptance training (UAT).
• Experience gathering requirements.
• Experience with the software development life cycle and development processes, including Agile.
• Appian Senior Developer Certification.
• Knowledge of low-code development tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, develop, and implement business solutions on low-code platforms.
• Analyze processes to identify improvements and automation.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable business applications.
• Create and manage automated workflows to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to translate designs into solutions.
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
• Diagnose production issues and mitigate technical debt.
