Responsibilities

• Work throughout the entire project lifecycle to define, design, develop, and implement innovative business solutions using low-code platforms
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
• Design, develop, and deploy efficient, scalable, user-friendly business applications
• Create and manage automated workflows to improve business efficiency and data integrity
• Collaborate with Lead Engineers, Architects, technical users, business users, and other stakeholders to translate designs into functional solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following engineering best practices
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback
• Identify and champion code refactoring and performance optimization opportunities
• Diagnose production issues, contribute to root cause analysis, and help mitigate technical debt
• Support observability, monitoring, alerting, and automation initiatives
• Mentor junior software engineers and provide guidance on best practices
• Communicate technical designs verbally, visually, and in writing
• Ensure low-code solutions align with business objectives and IT standards
