Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Senior Appian Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Appian applications, translating complex business requirements into reliable solutions. You will work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, apply Appian best practices, build plug-ins and interfaces, mentor junior developers, and help document technical designs and processes.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance and be prepared to work on-site in San Antonio,

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional experience in Appian development, including at least three years.
• Active Appian Senior Developer certifications required.
• Strong knowledge of Appian platform, including SAIL, Process Modeler, Rules.
• Experience with Java, SQL, and web services.
• Ability to design business processes and integrate across systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Appian applications.
• Translate complex business requirements into functioning Appian components.
• Automate and optimize business processes with Appian.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical guidance and conduct code reviews.
