Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Appian Journeyman Developer to design, develop, and implement Appian-based applications that meet business needs. The role emphasizes strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaborative skills to contribute to project success and company growth.

The candidate should have at least 3 years of Appian experience, active Appian Associate Developer certifications, and be able to obtain a federal/public trust clearance. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.
• At least 3 years of professional Appian development experience.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Public Trust clearance.
• Proficiency with Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, Rules, etc.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Appian-based applications.
• Create custom plug-ins, interfaces, and services using Appian.
• Configure Appian environments including user management and integration.
• Design Appian interfaces using SAIL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for Appian development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Appian application issues.
• Collaborate on PoCs and new Appian capabilities.
