Job Description

A Senior Appian Developer designs, builds, and deploys enterprise-grade low-code applications and automated workflows.

The role requires 3 to 5+ years of hands‑on Appian experience, an active Appian Certified Senior Developer credential, and expertise in integrating external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Design: Build scalable SAIL interfaces, complex process models, business rules, records, and reports.
  • System Integration: Connect Appian with external enterprise services, databases, web services, and RPA tools.
  • Performance & Quality: Perform code reviews, run Appian Health Checks, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and tune application performance.
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Guide junior team members, enforce best practices, and collaborate with business stakeholders and architects.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 7+ years of dedicated Appian development within an Agile environment.
  • Certifications: Appian Senior Developer (Level 2/3) certification.
  • Technical Skills: Strong command of SAIL, process models, CDT/data types, record syncing, and SQL.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 100000 to 130000

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
