Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Angular + Java Full Stack Developer to design and develop scalable enterprise applications in the United States. You will build dynamic UIs with Angular and robust backend services using Spring Boot and microservices.

The role requires integrating RESTful APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering secure, high-performance software. The ideal candidate will have strong Angular experience (v8+), Java 8+ expertise, and a solid background in Spring

Job description

We are looking for a skilled Angular + Java Full Stack Developer to design and develop scalable enterprise applications. The role involves building robust front-end solutions using Angular and developing backend services using Java (Spring Boot / Microservices).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop dynamic, responsive web applications using Angular (v10+)
  • Design and implement backend services using Java (Spring Boot)
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices
  • Implement security, performance, and data protection standards
  • Integrate UI components with backend services
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization
  • Maintain and improve existing systems
Required Skills
Frontend (Angular)
  • Strong experience in Angular (v8+ / latest versions preferred)
  • Experience with RxJS and state management (NgRx preferred)
  • Familiarity with Angular Material / Bootstrap
  • Experience with REST API integration
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+
  • Expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security)
  • Experience with Microservices architecture
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API development
  • Familiarity with Hibernate / JPA
Database Skills
  • Experience in Relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred)
  • Strong SQL/query optimization skills"

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $70000 - $85000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
