Job summary

Forge Group, LLC is seeking a SME Appian Specialist to drive solution architecture and secure delivery for a DoD customer. You will mentor teams, govern data models and integrations, and ensure high-performing, secure Appian solutions.

The role requires 12+ years in IT with Appian leadership, a Bachelor’s in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent, and active baseline cybersecurity credentials. Public Trust clearances are preferred.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on Appian architecture and development experience across records, the data fabric, interfaces, processes, and integrations.
• Active CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoW-approved baseline cybersecurity certification, or ability to obtain within the first 30 days of starting.
• 12+ years of professional IT experience with Appian solution delivery and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Guide low-code solution delivery in a secure DoW environment.
• Translate requirements into scalable Appian designs across records, data, interfaces, and integrations.
• Lead architecture and code reviews; mentor developers and promote reusable components.
