Groundswell is a premier technology integrator delivering Appian-based solutions to federal agencies. We seek experienced architects to guide architecture design, integration, and scalable deployments, mentoring delivery teams and driving best practices across projects.

Candidates should have deep Appian experience, strong IT background, and a collaborative, fast-paced work style. Travel up to 15% to client sites in Washington, DC area and Dallas, TX is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with Appian solutions.
• 6+ years of related IT experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area.
• Active Appian Lead Certification.
• Strong experience with Agile delivery and cloud deployments.
• Experience with Appian Cloud configuration and support processes

Responsibilities

• Guide clients on architecture design, integration, scalability and DevSecOps to drive technical success.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to design solutions fitting client ecosystems.
• Guide implementation teams through Appian-based and related tech solutions.
• Ensure solutions are scalable and performant.
• Integrate multi-tier architectures via integrations and configuration.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for value and fit in client projects.
• Document implementation best practices and create internal knowledge resources.
• Provide thought leadership on process improvement and automation.
• Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and toolsets.
• Mentor and enable delivery resources.
