Job summary
Synergy Business Innovation & Solutions is seeking a Senior Appian Administrator to lead enterprise Appian environments, lifecycle management, and deployment strategies for USCG-related work. You will oversee platform governance, security, and performance while guiding developers and admins.
The role requires strong ALM knowledge, multi-environment deployments, and experience with Git/CI/CD in Linux/Windows contexts.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Appian platform administration in enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting multiple Appian environments and applications.
- Led Appian deployments and release management across environments.
- Strong knowledge of Appian ALM, architecture, security, and performance.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD processes; Linux/Windows server admin.
Responsibilities
- Lead administrator for enterprise Appian environments across apps and teams.
- Administer, monitor, and optimize Appian environments and security.
- Lead deployment and release management across dev/QA/staging/prod.
- Manage ALM processes, deployment packages, and rollback strategies.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation; mentor teams.
