Furman Kornfeld & Brennan LLP in Manhattan seeks an experienced appellate attorney (4+ years) to join our health care defense team. The ideal candidate will handle meaningful appellate and motion work and collaborate with top-tier health care clients in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.

You should have at least four years of appellate experience (two years in personal injury is a plus), strong writing and research skills, and a desire to gain substantial courtroom experience.

Competenze

• Minimum of 4 years of appellate experience, preferable with at least two years of personal injury litigation experience
• Medical malpractice experience is a plus but not required
• Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills
• Desire to gain substantial courtroom and appellate experience
