• Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct claim investigations and interview witnesses.
• Handle all aspects of discovery.
• Review and analyze medical records.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs.
• Take and defend depositions.
