Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York bar.
• Proven litigation experience with emphasis on insurance defense (not required).
• Strong research and writing skills; ability to produce high-quality legal documents efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Appellate advocacy: assess appealability and prepare persuasive briefs.
• Conduct complex legal research and draft memoranda.
• Provide research and support on intricate cases.
• Draft pre-trial, post-trial, and dispositive motions.
• Conduct oral argument for appeals and motions.
