Job summary

OneBridge Search is actively seeking an Associate Attorney to join the Appellate team in our NYC office. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in NY and bring 2+ years of litigation experience, with a preference for appellate or civil defense backgrounds.

Responsibilities include handling a broad range of appellate cases from start to finish, drafting motions and applications, and supporting trial teams with various motions.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in NY and in good standing.
• 2+ years of civil defense experience.
• Appellate or Civil Litigation Defense experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of appellate cases from start to finish.
• Draft appellate motions and applications.
• Provide motion assistance to trial teams, including motions in limine, summary judgement motions and post-trial motions.
