Qualifications
- Experience in supporting payment systems and high-availability environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading in the absence of the manager.
- Experience with Windows/Linux and enterprise integration.
- Ability to automate improvements and optimize processes.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support for payments processing systems.
- Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents to ensure service reliability.
- Coordinate changes and releases, including weekend maintenance.
- Participate in Disaster Recovery exercises and cross-team escalations.
