Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of IT experience, proficiency with iSeries/AS400 and Manhattan WMi, and strong SQL and cloud-native architecture knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years IT experience.
• Experience with iSeries/AS400 or similar tools.
• Experience supporting Manhattan WMi or similar WMS platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL, incident management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), and cloud-native architecture.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Relevant certifications (ITIL, Oracle, IBM, Microsoft) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolves production support issues promptly, including after hours.
• Participates in 24/7 on-call support and disaster recovery drills.
• Analyzes and supports moderate to complex application issues.
• Collaborates with vendors and developers to resolve issues.
• Performs troubleshooting, debugging, and testing of applications.
