Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• RN/NP/PA licensure as applicable (California) and board certification requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise a team and manage complex workflows in oncology/hematology settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee APPs in daily operations and clinical duties.
• Ensure adherence to ethics and quality standards in patient care by APPs.
• Collaborate with senior management on operational issues and program development.
• Develop and implement APP Best Practice Models and professional development opportunities.
• Supervise APPs responsible for patient evaluation, testing, diagnosis, and treatment within a clinical department.
• Receive assignments with objectives and work toward defined goals.
