Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers developing and maintaining app packaging and deployment workflows.
• Perform end-to-end app inventory, packaging, validation using MSIX, Win32, and Intune.
• Ensure apps comply with security policies and MAM configurations for deployment at scale.
• Troubleshoot packaging issues and coordinate with application owners.
• Maintain a full application catalog and support migration waves.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to annual appraisals.
