Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company seeks a Senior App Packaging Engineer to lead packaging, testing, and deployment of enterprise apps across Windows, iOS, and Android using MSIX, Win32, and Intune wrapping.

You will mentor junior team members, coordinate with application owners, and ensure compliance with security policies while enabling scalable deployment through MAM and Intune configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent relevant experience; Master’s Degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in relevant field
• Candidates must be US citizens and will be required to undergo a background investigation in order to gain access to sensitive information. No dual citizens due to federal agency requirements.

Responsibilities

• App inventory, package/test apps.
• building, testing, and deploying enterprise applications across Windows, iOS, and Android as part of the UEM → Intune modernization effort.
• performs end to end application inventory, analysis, packaging, and validation using MSIX, Win32, Intune wrapping, and mobile app format.
• Ensure applications are compliant with security policies, compatible with modern management tooling, and ready for deployment at scale through Intune and Mobile Application Management (MAM) configurations.
• Troubleshooting packaging issues.
• Coordinating with application owners.
• Maintaining a full application catalog.
• Supporting migration waves for a secure, stable, and predictable app deployment experience.
• Mentors junior team members and provides input on annual appraisals of team members as appropriate.
