Job summary

System One is seeking a Desktop Packaging Engineer to support enterprise packaging, deployment, and endpoint management across multiple Windows desktop environments. You will create, test, and maintain software packages (MSI/MSIX/App) ensuring security, reliability, and automation in a regulated financial services context.

Collaborating with infrastructure, security, and operations teams, you will drive standardized packaging practices and contribute to cloud-integrated desktop management

Qualifications

• 2+ years in desktop engineering, packaging, or deployment support.
• Hands-on with MSI, MSIX, and App packaging.
• VMware Workspace ONE experience required.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and deployment logic.
• Experience with Intune, SCCM/MECM, InstallShield or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 and enterprise configs.
• Experience deploying at scale in regulated environments.
• Awareness of security, patching, and compliance in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Support desktop packaging, deployment, and endpoint management in a regulated financial services environment.
• Create, test, and maintain software packages for Windows 10/11 environments with emphasis on reliability and security.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, endpoint engineering, security, and operations to ensure consistent deployments.
• Assist cloud-integrated desktop management, especially with AWS-hosted components.
