Job summary

Dropbox is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join the Sales and Channel team, combining technical depth with business judgement to help customers evaluate and adopt Dropbox products, with emphasis on API integrations and the DBX Platform.

You’ll work with customer technical teams to design workflows, validate solutions through demonstrations, pilots and proofs of concept, and translate requirements into secure, practical solutions across Direct Sales and Channel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on experience using REST APIs and a scripting language to build integrations.
• Strong SaaS experience with cloud and on-premises environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into secure, practical Dropbox solutions.
• Lead demonstrations, pilots, and proofs of concept with customer teams.
• Design and validate API-based integrations and tailored workflows.
• Deliver technical enablement and training to sales and partners.
• Handover to Customer Success and Channel teams with deployment considerations.
• Provide customer feedback to product teams to inform priorities.
• Travel to customer sites and events as required.
