Job summary

Gravitate is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the Crossroads API and integration roadmap, connecting fuel retailers, carriers, and suppliers. You will work closely with engineering and architecture to define API specs, data contracts, onboarding flows, and robust data movement across systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software, with 4+ years in Product Management or Platform Product Management.
• Proven success managing complex enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Experience managing strategic customers with multiple stakeholders and exec visibility.
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals: scope, schedule, risks, dependencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, IS, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Own the Crossroads API and integration roadmap, aligning with the product vision.
• Translate roadmap features into defined requirements, API specs, data contracts, and test criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering on system design, scalability, security, and debt tradeoffs.
• Serve as technical product lead for customers and partners during integrations.
• Own API documentation, onboarding guides, and the overall experience for customers.
• Define metrics and monitoring for healthy integrations and root-cause analysis when issues arise.
• Drive execution of Crossroads strategy, prioritizing development work from market needs.
• Ensure releases meet customer/partner needs in production and manage blockers.
