Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager, API Integration to lead end-to-end API integrations for Tapo devices with enterprise platforms.

You will gather requirements from enterprise customers, translate them into scalable technical solutions, and partner with R&D to drive execution across cross-functional teams. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless whole‑home integrations, present strategies to partners, and ensure timely

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
At least 3 years of product management experience.
Experience with software products, APIs, or platform integrations.
Understanding of API integration lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
Ability to write detailed PRDs translating business needs into specs.
Collaborate with engineering and R&D to drive execution.
Strong customer-facing communication for enterprise partnerships.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and influence multiple teams.
Analytical, creative problem solving in fast-paced environments.
Focus on user experience and end-user needs.
Highly organized, self-motivated with a sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end enterprise API integrations lifecycle.
Gather requirements from enterprise/B2B customers and translate into solutions.
Translate requirements into actionable product specs for internal teams.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to scale solutions.
Present integration strategies and product capabilities to customers.
Deploy smart home integrations into real customer environments.
Bridge customers and internal teams to ensure alignment and timing.
Identify process and API improvements for better customer experience.
