Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in consumer home networking or related tech industries; 6+ preferred.
• Experience owning hardware-related product lines and full lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of home networking tech, routers, mesh systems, cloud ecosystems.
• Proven ability to write PRDs and drive cross-functional execution.
• Strategic thinking with roadmaps, GTM, pricing, and market positioning.
• Awareness of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to collaborate across R&D, QA, PMO, manufacturing, supply chain, vendors, sales, and marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; autonomous leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for consumer home networking products.
• Own full product lifecycle from concept through launch, shipment, and optimization.
• Develop PRDs, feature strategies, pricing, and business cases for hardware, firmware, mobile apps, and cloud experiences.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Define GTM strategies, target markets, feature positioning, and differentiation.
• Collaborate with R&D and QA to communicate requirements and prioritize features.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches with PMO, manufacturing, supply chain, vendors, sales, and marketing.
• Advocate for product strategies and technologies to internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive AI integrations and next-generation wireless capabilities (BaWi-Fi 8) initiatives.
• Analyze customer feedback and market data to continuously improve product experiences.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to best practices.
