ASRC Industrial Services (AIS) seeks a Nested API 510/570/653/CWI Inspector to support client facilities in the greater Houston area. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and compliance with industry codes, working with unit inspectors and client reps to uphold plant asset integrity. A strong RBI background and API/NDE certifications are highly valued, with opportunities to contribute to mechanical integrity programs and data management.

Qualifications

• API 510/570/653/CWI certifications preferred.
• Experience with RBI programs and mechanical integrity.
• Knowledge of PCMS.
• Knowledge of API codes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections per API standards and procedures.
• Assist external inspections of process equipment for integrity programs.
• Review and redline P&IDs reflecting field conditions.
• Input data into PCMS and maintain records.
• Support Unit Inspectors with RBI, PT, UTT, PMI tasks.
• Participate in progress meetings and coordinate inspection activities.
