Job summary

Airwallex, co-headquartered in San Francisco, seeks a senior Product Marketing leader for developer tools and APIs. You will blend positioning with hands-on testing, shaping launches and messaging for developers and technical founders who integrate with Airwallex.

You’ll collaborate with API references, docs teams, and brand/communications to ensure coherent campaigns and developer-focused content across sandbox and production.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, developer marketing, or a similar role.
• Hands-on technical ability: read API documentation, make API calls, and build a small working prototype with AI coding tools.
• Strong writing: show a positioning document, launch post, or landing page you wrote for developers.
• Experience owning launches from brief through results with usage metrics.
• Experience working with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Marketing.
• Comfortable setting direction when products are changing quickly and moving toward outcomes in a lean environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and update the positioning and core messaging for each developer product and audience, including API usage messaging.
• Maintain product names, sandbox vs production descriptions, and ensure consistency across website, docs, AI tool listings, and campaigns.
• Plan and run launches for developer products and major features with clear goals and usage metrics; report results.
• Write positioning documents, launch posts, and landing page copy; brief cross-functional teams on priority messages.
