ePayPolicy, based in Austin, TX, seeks an Integration Specialist II to lead complex client integrations using our public API. You will act as SME, guiding developers, refining processes, and collaborating across product, implementation, and support teams.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, mentorship, and proactive problem solving. You’ll use SQL, API testing tools like Postman and Swagger UI, and coordinate cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise customer or technical support at a SaaS company.
• 2+ years in onboarding, implementation, or project management with clients.
• Strong API, JSON, and REST API knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience collaborating across teams and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Lead non-standard integration builds from scoping to go-live.
• Guide clients' developers on utilizing ePayPolicy’s public API.
• Resolve complex integration requests using SQL, API, and JSON.
• Document integration processes and enable internal teams.
• Collaborate with Dev, Product, and Implementation to troubleshoot issues.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain case management in Salesforce.
