Job summary

Enlyte seeks a Sr. Sales Enablement Specialist to provide technical expertise for Mitchell’s Auto Physical Damage software and services, supporting the APD sales team with persuasive demonstrations and trusted advisory input.

You will collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing, develop sales tools, and lead RFP responses, training clients and internal teams to solve complex business challenges and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or master’s degree in auto damage insurance or related field.
• 10+ years experience in auto physical damage insurance industry and claims processing.
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert in Auto Physical Damage software and services.
• Lead demonstrations and presentations for prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with workflows and operational efficiencies for different clients.
• Develop and maintain sales tools, ROI calculators, and demo scripts.
• Lead and participate in RFP and sales proposal processes for new and existing clients.
• Provide product training to clients and internal teams.
