RR Living is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician at Traditions at Westmoore in Oklahoma City, OK. This full-time on-site role involves make-ready tasks, basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and grounds maintenance to keep the community well-maintained.

Candidates should have at least two years of maintenance experience, EPA and CPO/HVAC certifications, and the ability to handle on-call duties, communicate clearly with residents, and manage supplies efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
• Proven background in clear communication with team and exceptional customer service.
• Experience in meeting deadlines through organized time management while meeting budgets.

Responsibilities

• Expedite make-ready maintenance: check appliance operations, change light bulbs, repair minor electrical problems, plumbing and related tasks.
• Plumbing: repair dripping faucets, clean stopped sinks, maintain HVAC, boilers and heating units.
• Pool maintenance: backwash filters, vacuum pool, skim pool, maintain chemical levels.
• Carpentry and painting: repair balconies, doors, walls, flooring; replace damaged drywall and paint as needed.
• Grounds maintenance and safety: collect litter, clear snow, assist groundskeeper, respond to service requests.
