Job summary

Consolidated Asset Management in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to oversee daily maintenance operations at our apartment community. The role involves supervising the maintenance team, delegating work orders, and ensuring preventative maintenance to keep the property safe and well-maintained.

The position requires 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience with knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, and may prefer EPA/HVAC certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• EPA/HVAC certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train maintenance staff
• Complete and assign work orders and unit turns
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Oversee preventative maintenance and vendor work
• Ensure community grounds and amenities are in excellent condition
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies
