Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of applicable U.S. Navy or commercial nuclear plant, operations, commissioning, or licensed operator training experience.
• Advanced capability in nuclear operations training, curriculum ownership, simulator instruction, instructor development, training effectiveness evaluation, or licensed operator readiness.
• Experience leading individual classes and coordinating instructor assignments; monitoring delivery and providing evaluation input.
• Experience performing qualified reviews or independent verification; managing interfaces and risks; elevating decisions as needed.
• Ability to travel ~25% both domestically and internationally.
• Nuclear access and customer access qualifications may be required; NRC SRO/license experience is a plus.

• Plan and coordinate instructor assignments and class execution; monitor commitments and resources.
• Evaluate instructor delivery and provide input for performance reviews.
• Mentor and develop Senior to Junior Instructors; coordinate qualification planning and readiness assessments.
• Provide leadership for major training products, curriculum issues, simulator concerns, and customer needs.
• Oversee independent verification of training products and ensure configuration control.
