• Experience developing and delivering technical training.
• Directing operator learning activities or supporting nuclear qualification programs.
• Ability to travel ~25% (domestic/international).

Responsabilités

• Lead SAT analyses, initial and continuing training needs analyses and curriculum changes.
• Develop and deliver complex AP1000 plant systems and simulator-based training.
• Ensure compliance with approved sources and traceability; manage configuration control.
• Mentor and observe instructors; lead curriculum improvements and training planning.
• Identify simulator issues and support testing, corrections, and verifications.
