Job summary

Connect Search, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Accounts Payable to lead enterprise-wide AP operations and drive automation, AI-enabled transformations, and Oracle Cloud Fusion optimization. The role demands hands-on leadership in a highly automated, high-volume AP environment.

The ideal candidate will guide process improvements, ensure strong controls in a No PO / No Pay setting, and collaborate across Finance, Treasury, IT, and Supply Chain to strengthen Procure-to-Pay

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing high-volume enterprise AP operations within a large organization.
• Proven experience in automated AP environments with tech-driven improvements.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion and integrated AP/P2P processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Accounts Payable operations, including high-volume invoice processing and vendor master data management.
• Assess existing AP workflows and develop strategies to modernize processes through automation, AI, and technology enhancements.
• Drive optimization of Oracle Cloud Fusion and supplier portals, including automation and intelligent ticketing.
• Oversee AP operations in a No PO / No Pay environment, strengthening controls and compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, IT, and other stakeholders to improve Procure-to-Pay processes.
