SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Senior AP Manager - Systems & Operations in Richmond Hill, GA. You will oversee the full procure-to-pay lifecycle across our multi-entity environment and manage centralized AP operations for all regional locations.

A primary focus is leading our digital transformation by maximizing the tech stack—Dentira, Ottimate, and Sage Intacct—to automate workflows, with emphasis on intercompany accounting, data integrity, and audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience in multi-entity corporate structures.
• Proven track record of managing system integrations and centralized scaling initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full procure-to-pay lifecycle across a multi-entity environment.
• Manage centralized AP operations for all regional locations, offices, and subsidiaries.
• Lead digital transformation by maximizing the tech stack (Dentira, Ottimate, Sage Intacct) to automate workflows.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant processes and audit-ready documentation.
• Troubleshoot integrations and manage API connections across platforms.
