Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking an HR Payroll Partner to manage end-to-end payroll operations for a multi-state organization from its Richmond Hill, GA location. You will handle biweekly and monthly payroll cycles, review timekeeping, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with HRIS to maintain data integrity.

The role requires attention to detail, strong knowledge of payroll regulations, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience across core payroll management.
• CPP or FPC certification is highly preferred.
• Payroll experience supporting the HR department is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly and monthly payrolls for salaried, hourly, commission-based, and bonus payments.
• Calculate and process monthly bonus payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and validate timecards, status changes, and payroll inputs for accuracy.
• Audit payroll results prior to finalization and reconcile confirmed reports.
• Support off‑cycle payrolls, adjustments, and retroactive corrections.
• Perform routine audits to ensure data consistency across HR, payroll, and benefits systems.
