Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or Computer Science.
• Experience supporting ERP or financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, PeopleSoft).
• Strong understanding of financial processes such as GL, budgeting, AP/AR, procurement, or payroll.
• Proficiency with SQL, data analysis, and troubleshooting application issues.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Application Support & Troubleshooting for financial systems (ERP modules).
• System Configuration & Maintenance including workflows, security roles, integrations.
• Enhancements & Projects: assist with upgrades, patching, testing, deployment.
• Data Integrity & Reporting: ensure data accuracy; support queries and dashboards.
• User Support & Training: act as SME, create guides, train users.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to modernize financial systems.
• Serve as liaison between Finance leadership and IT.
• Drive automation using RPA, scripting, or workflow tools.
• Evaluate new financial technologies and adoption strategies.
• Process Optimization to improve efficiency and controls.
• Integration Support for interfaces with HRIS, CRM, banking, procurement.
• Compliance & Controls: SOX change management and access controls.
