Job summary

Saint-Gobain seeks a Sr AP Operations Analyst to drive accurate, timely AP services across North American businesses. You will partner with business units, offshore teams, and suppliers to resolve issues, monitor performance, and support strategic initiatives.

You will influence AP operations at scale, enhance automation and digital capabilities, and contribute to a more efficient, controlled AP organization from the Malvern, PA office.

Qualifications

• 5 years of accounts payable experience in a large organization.
• Experience with integrated ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into actions.
• Ability to collaborate with offshore teams across time zones.
• Ability to manage high volumes and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day accounts payable operations for assigned businesses, ensuring accurate and on-time supplier payments.
• Serve as escalation point for complex invoice, payment, and supplier issues; partner with GBS, Treasury, IT, and offshore teams.
• Monitor service delivery and KPIs; analyze root causes and coordinate corrective actions.
• Advance process improvement, automation, and digital initiatives to improve workflows and controls.
• Support ERP migrations, acquisitions, divestitures, audits, and government reporting.
• Strengthen AP policies and internal controls; provide training to partners and offshore teams.
• Hybrid position based in the Malvern, PA office.
