Saint-Gobain's North America Global Business Services (GBS) PMO is seeking a proactive project management professional to coordinate initiatives across Accounting, Reporting, P2P, OTC, Tax, Travel and Expense, and other GBS functions. The role emphasizes standardization, automation, process optimization, and disciplined execution to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will work with a small, collaborative core team and support tower-led initiatives across North America, with hybrid work in Malvern

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in supporting project management, continuous improvement, or shared services initiatives.
• Well-developed organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills; translate project information into clear insights and status updates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), familiarity with Microsoft Copilot is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate project activities across GBS towers and business stakeholders.
• Track milestones and risks; prepare status updates.
• Support governance routines and organize stakeholder discussions.
• Help teams maintain momentum toward defined delivery commitments.
• Identify issues, bottlenecks, or improvement opportunities and propose solutions including automation and Celonis implementation.
