Flint Hills Resources is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join our Accounts Payable team. You will drive continuous improvement, optimize processes, and adopt AI-enabled workflows across AP, blending accounting, analytics, and technology.

You will lead projects, mentor colleagues, partner with business units to gather requirements, and deliver reports, dashboards, and automation solutions that reduce manual work and improve decision making.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of accounting, accounts payable, finance, business process, or related experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VBA, macros).
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using Power BI, Alteryx, Microsoft Access, or similar platforms.

Aufgaben

• Transformation & Process Improvement: support and optimize applications and processes while driving the transition to an exception-based model using AI and automation.
• Future-State Exception Management & Operational Support: investigate and resolve AP exceptions and recurring issues; provide reporting support.
• Technology & Data Analytics: develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to inform decisions; test AI-enabled tools and enhancements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and gather requirements for process and system improvements.
• Leadership & Team Development: share knowledge, provide training, and mentor team members on processes, tools, and reporting.
