You will manually match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents, enter data, and file completed invoice packets while supporting SOX controls and cross-training colleagues.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of accounts payable operations in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with large ERP AP systems and 1099 filing.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices for accurate and timely payments.
• Manually match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Review and resolve vendor disputes and aging invoices.
• Maintain AP documentation and SOX controls.
• Prepare monthly reporting deliverables for management.
